GETTING YOUR ART
Shipping
Originals
Original paintings ship fully insured with signature required. Please allow 5-7 business days for packing and initial shipment. Transit times will vary based on location.
Prints & Merch
Everything is personally hand packaged and shipped, so please allow up to 3-5 business days for handling before it is sent out to ensure safety in transit.
International Shipping
I ship worldwide. Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the price. For orders outside of the US, allow extra time for transit.

Returns & Refunds
Originals
Because each original is a one-of-a-kind piece, all artwork sales are final. I am extremely careful when packaging originals to ensure their safety. But, in the rare case that it gets lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can sort it out.
Prints & Merch
All store sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, please contact me for a refund or a replacement.
WORKING TOGETHER
Commissions
Deposit
Commissions begin with a signed contract and a 25% deposit to reserve your place. Another 25% is due at the completion of the digital composition. The remaining payment is due upon completion of the piece and before shipment.
Timeline
Timelines greatly vary depending on the size, complexity, and time of year. A timeline will be provided during initial discussions.
Revisions
Most changes must be made in the composition phase before the artwork begins. Only minor alterations will be allowed after this stage.
LIVING WITH YOUR ART
Caring for your art
Light & Temperature
All paintings are varnished with Gamvar after drying to protect the surface and add a glossy sheen. Pastel & mixed media drawings on paper should be framed & matted to prevent smudging and to avoid condensation from forming between the glass and the piece. Avoid touching the surface of these as I do not seal them with setting spray as it can damage the surface and change colors. I use high quality materials that should not fade with time, but it is best practice to keep any originals out of direct sunlight and in a temperature & humidity controlled environment.
Cleaning
A lint free cloth can be used to dust the surface of paintings. It can be dry or damp with water, the varnish will protect the painted surface.
Merch
As with originals, it is also wise to keep prints out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Tote bags can be washed in the washing machine, keep the water cold and the spin low to avoid discoloration.
